Bobcat Company has introduced the MT120, its most powerful mini track loader to date—offering increased operating capacity, class-leading lift height and reach, and a durable, low-maintenance design built for serious productivity on compact job sites.

“The Bobcat MT120 packs more performance into a small, highly maneuverable machine so operators can lift more weight, carry more material and accomplish more tasks—big and small,” said Katie Redenius, senior product manager at Bobcat Company.

Big Power in a Compact Footprint

Powered by a 1.2-liter, non-DPF engine, the MT120 delivers robust breakout forces and a maximum rated operating capacity of 1,200 pounds, giving operators the strength needed to tackle demanding loading, lifting and carrying tasks.

Its compact width—just under 36 inches—allows the MT120 to easily maneuver through gates, narrow passages and tight urban or residential environments.

The machine’s high-torque engine, balanced design, smooth pilot controls and fast travel speeds work together to deliver quick cycle times and peak productivity across a wide range of applications.

Exceptional Flotation and Surface Protection

With low ground pressure of 3.9 psi when equipped with optional 11-inch tracks (or 4.3 psi with standard 9.1-inch tracks), operators benefit from:

  • Better flotation on soft or uneven ground

  • Reduced surface disturbance on turf, lawns, established landscapes and finished areas

  • More controlled travel when hauling materials across sensitive terrain

This makes the MT120 ideal for landscaping, construction, utility work, agriculture and residential job sites.

Best-in-Class Lift Height and Reach

The MT120 delivers 88 inches of lift height and 22 inches of reach, giving operators the ability to load trucks, place materials and handle elevated tasks with confidence.

The ride-on platform provides an excellent vantage point for visibility to the attachment, cutting edge and surrounding area—supporting faster, safer and more precise operation.

Smooth, intuitive pilot controls help operators quickly become proficient, even if they are new to mini track loaders.

Low Cost of Ownership by Design

Bobcat engineered the MT120 to offer powerful performance with minimal upkeep. Key features include:

  • Non-DPF engine – eliminates regeneration and reduces maintenance

  • Direct-drive system – removes belts and related service needs

  • Maintenance-free rollers and idlers

  • Maintenance-free bushings

  • Durable construction for long-term performance

These low- and no-maintenance components help reduce downtime and operating expenses, delivering exceptional long-term value.

Versatility With More Than 20 Attachment Categories

The MT120 isn’t just a loader—it’s a multi-purpose workhorse. With more than 20 compatible attachment categories, operators can handle tasks such as:

  • Digging, trenching and utility installation

  • Ground preparation and grading

  • Brush clearing

  • Snow removal

  • Sweeping and cleanup

  • Material handling for loose or palletized loads

  • Concrete removal and demolition work

This attachment versatility turns the MT120 into a compact, job site-ready tool carrier capable of replacing multiple standalone machines.

A Proven Legacy of Innovation

Bobcat introduced its first mini track loader in 2002 and continues to push the category forward with new advancements in power, control and operator experience. The MT120 joins the popular MT100 and complements Bobcat’s broader loader lineup, including skid-steer loaders, compact track loaders, small articulated loaders and compact wheel loaders.

The MT120 will be available at Bobcat dealerships across the U.S. and Canada in Q2 2025.
