Bobcat Company has been named one of Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for 2025, earning recognition across seven distinct award categories that highlight the company’s commitment to culture, employee wellbeing and long-term career growth. This national honor reflects Bobcat’s dedication to providing meaningful work and strong support systems for more than 5,000 employees across the United States.
In addition to the main list, Bobcat was recognized in several specialty categories, including America’s Greatest Workplaces for Manufacturing, Greatest Workplaces in North Dakota, Greatest Workplaces for Parents and Families, Greatest Workplaces for Gen Z, Greatest Workplaces for Mental Well-Being and Greatest Workplaces for Inclusion & Diversity.

The selection process for Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces was conducted in partnership with Plant-A Insights, which analyzed more than 1.5 million company reviews from approximately 250,000 U.S. employees across 78 sectors. The rankings evaluated key satisfaction factors such as compensation, training, professional development, work-life balance and company culture.
